- Best Resin For Geode Art - Geode Resin Colorberry (1.5-2l) 50-70oz or Apex One coat
- Wooden Canvas rectangle 2 panels 40x50 cm ( 2 panels 16x20 inch)
- Gesso and brush to paint canvas ( can be any brand ( winsor and newton, liquitex or pebeo are my favorite but you cannot go wrong)
- Tape to protect the sides ( according to the thickness of your canvas ( frog tape is great) I would go with 5cm thick (2 inch)
- Gloves
- 3M mask with replaceable filters for your protection.
- Thick transparent plastic drop cloth
- Storage containers to pour on top if you don’t have table
- Baby wipes and soft toilet paper
- Level tool to check if the canvases are perfectly leveled
- Torch / little kitchen brander
- Heat gun
- Bigger mixing cups One big plastic measure cup to mix (33oz, 16oz and 8oz), optional smaller sizes too.
- Set of small paper cups max 100ml (max 4oz),, and 200ml 8 oz cups
- Mixing sticks, One bigger spatula to mix resin and a pack of r wooden or plastic sticks to mix the colors in the cups and move resin on canvas. 4Ever sticks & master from Colorberry are great too.
- Hot glue pistol and the sticks
- Small syringe to apply your glitter mixture or pastry bag
- Crystals of your choice for the project - small points, chips,, pocket size rocks are the easiest one to work with ( watch video about crystals for the reference)
- Druzy Goddess
- Mold I’ve used for casting the highlights - check instagram @art4start (art4start.com) Monster amethyst mold nr 490
- GLITTER - White/silver fine and chunky you will get in any Drzuy Goddess Sets like Athena, Muse, Aphrodite or Hera,
- optional green specialty glitter for nails
- Pigment paste for this project is Crystal White and Platin Grey from Colorberry
- Alcohol ink in our project its Ranger Pistachio. You can choose another if it’s matching your crystals better. Watch (sampling with alcohol inks first)
- Last line of the resin pour was Diamond Earrings pigment or you can use glitter from Colorberry - champagne gold fine.
- Carat Gold - floating gold pigment from Colorberry. Bronze Box will give you a few metallics in one pack.You can use floating gold from MEYSPRING (10%off with code violetview)
- Final sealing varnish that is not water based for finishing the edges of druzy/glass. (mixed with metallic floating pigment)
- Fine brush to apply the varnish around druzy , you will get one with Druzy Goddess Set
- Pebeo gedeo adhesive and foil mirror effect gold
- White posca pens - for this project size 1M,3M and 5M are enough.
- Modeling paste pebeo - for the structure on negative space
- Small spatula to apply the paste
